- Use 1 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
- Take 250 gm of grated Paneer.

- Take a wheat flour in a bowl add pinch of salt and then add sufficient water,Mix well and Knead a soft dough,then cover it and set aside for 20 minutes...
- In another bowl add paneer,onion,green chilli, cumin powder, ginger, corinader, chaat masala and salt(as per taste) and mix well.
- Now take small portion of a dough make it round shape and stuff the portion of prepared mixture, and seal it completely and make a nice ball,sprinkle some flour on it and roll the dough into a paratha..
- Heat the tawa, add the paratha onto the tawa,once itis cooked from one side,flip it on other side apply ghee and cook it till golden brown.
